Mission Control
Every dashboard my five bots keep, on one page, one tap from my iPhone home screen.
What I asked
My Grok Bot assistants kept building useful pages, like trackers, project dashboards and a changelog, and I kept losing the links. A week in, I had a pile of links scattered across a pile of chats. I wanted one place to find all of it.
What the bot did
It built a hub Page that lists every active dashboard. For each one it shows the name (linked), which bot owns it (as that bot’s picture), what it tracks, how it stays current (like a weekly routine or edits in chat) and when it last updated. I can filter by one or more bots and switch between “what it shows” and “how it stays current.” Dashboards that stopped updating move to an archive at the bottom.
The result
I opened the hub in Safari, tapped Share, then Add to Home Screen. Now it opens like an app. One tap and I can see everything my bots are tracking.
The honest moment
The problem was never getting the bots to build things. It was finding everything again. A hub only works if nothing’s missing, so the bots now follow one rule: whenever any of them makes a new dashboard, it adds it to the hub on the spot. I never have to remember.
Bots involved
cybr (Chief of Staff) built the hub. All five own dashboards on it: cybr (Chief of Staff), Chad (Finance Bro), Stan (Policy Analyst), Elliot (Dev) and Morpheus (Social Media / Interweb).
